I was drug into the middle of a big ole catfight, and I want out. Completely. That is it in a nutshell. I feel bad about the kids, but I am done.

I completely understand! Will you wait until school year end or will you leave as soon as you find something? What does that do to your tenure? Here, if you leave in the middle of a contract school year, without what they claim to be a reasonable reason, you will not be reissued a contract.

I'm clueless...I originally thought Toot Sweet was an alias for Cantw8

As soon as I find a job. I am employed by a community mental health agency, so I don't have a contract with the school. The agency does. So technically, I work for the agency, and can slide right around any of those rules.
