As soon as I find a job. I am employed by a community mental health agency, so I don't have a contract with the school. The agency does. So technically, I work for the agency, and can slide right around any of those rules.

Oh that is so good, no contract obligations to worry about!!! I had a friend who left to take a job in a church as the Director for Children's Ministries, and was told under no certain terms would she be granted a contract by the county again. She could go to a private school, but she'd never get the $$ she was making in the county.
