Well, anyone have any suggestions on what to buy for groceries? Low fat, low sugar, low carbs.

The antithesis of how we usually eat! :rotfl:

Not eating (especially breakfast) enough is a sure-fire way to add pounds!!! Same with not drinking enough water! And...I hear ya....not sleeping enough is BAD for the weight issue also!!! I found that one out the hard way!!!:guilty:

Yeah, I also think not exercising EVER and eating lots of junk is probably a lot of the problem!!!! :rotfl:

All of the above with no trans fats...VEGGIES baby!

Get snacks, but like you said before, baked lays andbakes cheetos.

The skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are the bomb! Skim milk, try to cut out the cheese and lots of chicken and fish.

Black beans are really good for you too

He is supposed to eat cheese and yogurt though. And beans, nuts and seeds.

Well....funny you should ask!!! I have been posting on UtahMama's new Fastpass to thin thread. Been laying out the Body for Life guldlines that I follow MOST of the time....:guilty: .

Grocery store: Perimeter shopping should account for at least 85% of what's in your cart!!! Every grocery store is the same....fresh fruit, veggies, meat, dairy and bakery all located around the perimeter. Most of the 'evil' stuff can be found in the aisles. I have a very hard time finding stuff to eat in my house that's 'bad' for me when following this rule!!! Easy enough UNLESS you happen to feed other people in your house besides yourself!!! My boys, for some reason, do NOT appreciate my 'let's ALL eat healthy' thing!!!!:confused3

Poppy! Dish the dirt girl!

DH was supposed to leave his mother's this morning ...it's over a two hour drive. We have errands to run....and we only have one car.

I hadn't heard from him by noon and had to call mom in law.....he was still there. "Oh, I didn't know it was twelve, I thought it was 10 and was going to leave soon."

I know it sounds stupid, but he always does this kind of stuff when he is at his family's house...it drives me crazy. Then he pleads he had know idea.

There's more...just don't want to get into it.
