Good morning, Chatters!! I have a feeling it's gonna be a craptastic day. After the parent meeting I had yesterday, now the dad wants to come to our class today so he can observe his son. He's a teacher, so is his wife, so they are very critical and always trying to tell us what they think should be done. I'm sorry, but when you are a 5th grade teacher (he is) and a 7th grade teacher (she is) that is a world of difference from working with 4-year-olds.

He is the first parent I have ever had that thinks our class work should be EASIER.

Oh, Bon, I don't like it when they do that. It's one thing when they just want to come and see what it's like, then I see them as a partner and make them help! It's another when they are already negative walking in the door.........it's like they're looking for anything you do or say that's "wrong"............ Betcha he'll be impressed!
