I'm planning on it! We are gonna hit 25,000 posts and there is only you and me here to witness it. Oh well, I guess it's not that thrilling anymore. We sure do hit those milestones with greater frequency no days, don't we?

I am here to celebrate with you even if I am a thread newbie! I would say 25k IS a landmark!

So I went to buy some rakes today so the kids could rake the yard and a plastic rake was 16.00 at Home Depot I imagine you would not need a rake in Texas but probably Virginia....Horsegirl, do they need rakes in your cyber town?

Darcy, I've never owned a rake in my life. We never needed them in Nevada. Perhaps we'll purchase our first rake now that we live in VA!

Hay Fam Yep we need rakes here! Lots of cyberleaves falling these days. Sweeping in cyberspace is free though. I hear they need rakes in Maine too. Lots of Maples and Oaks and it is just past peak....

Girl, I've been sick for 6 weeks straight! First I had gall bladder issues and threw up 3-5 times a day for 4 weeks. Before that was even better I got the bronchitis (which I still have) and then a couple days ago I woke up with this stinkin' cold!! I've forgotten how it is to feel good!

You live in Maine, horsey? Is it super cold there right now?

Even though the only color of leaves we get is brown...........they do fall off here...........

Sorry you were sick Beeb. I do live in Maine. It was in the 40s today. Ask me in January when it is 30 or 40 below, before the windchill factor.

I would love to live in Virginia or farther south....We are working on that for a long term plan.
