I am soooooo sick. 101.6 temp, chills, sore throat aches... I'm not usually a whiner...just suck it up, but this is really beating me down.


I'd love to chat for a while, but please forgive me if I am not my usual self.

Sounds like what I had Poppy...........no fun at all.

We went to Souper Salad. I had Chicken Santa Fe soup, a wheat roll and a baked potato........it's the most I've eaten in a WHILE.

I had an episode right at the end of the conference, but it had been hours since I'd eaten. As soon as I ate, I felt better..................

Thank you. I woke up at about 2am with my throat feeling like I swallowed glass. I feel bad because we were supposed to go out and eat tonight and I just don't feel like it.

I didn't even know I had it in me to get that angry before kids.

It's not quite as bad lately but some days I'm contantly saying:
Just count to 10 -- or -- just walk away till you calm down!

I came in and sat down and turned on the comp. Little Son wanted something to eat. I went and made it and returned to the comp. Big son wanted me to see his new poster. I went and saw it and returned. Little son wanted me to put on a video. I went and put it on and returned. Little son brought the hot chocolate mix and wanted some. I asked Big son to make it as I REALLY need to sit down and rest. Big son decided to make it into a smoothie and was looking for the blender. However, he took the lid off the hot chocolate first. Little Son was upset not having it yet, and brought it back to me.........without the lid on.............yes, it made a trail. The dog decided to lick up the trail..........this is WDW hot chocolate mix........the kind that turns BLUE when you mix it............... Now I have blue spots all over the carpet, and I am too tired to clean them.

Ok....I need your help. My mother in law came up to me today and indicated that she was going to take our son for a weekend in November and that she was "just letting me know". Now, DS has never even stayed at her house by himself for an afternoon let alone a weekend. His two cousins will also be there.....heathens I must add....last year the older boy threw a huge ice block and his DS in the eye after being repeatedly told not to throw ice.

She also lives about 2 1/2 hours away. DS has only ever stayed the night with my mom who is much closer. He still has some sleep issues at night--you must be in the room with him for him to go to sleep.


I told her that I would think about it because I didn't want to cause a big scene in front of a bunch of strangers....she had told DH that I have agreed.

How do I get out of this....I just do not feel comfortable with the situation for various reasons that I will not go into.
