We decided not to go to Cici's cause it was getting late and the shindig ended at 8:00. Heather was chapped!! So we stopped and got KFC. That place was FILTHY, in the lobby and in the kitchen. The service was bad, the cashier was snotty and not very competent, and the manager was talking bad about a customer in the drive through. Refered to her as a "dumb *ss" and we could all hear her.

Plus, when I got home, I found that my chicken strips were old and rubbery. I hope I didn't contract the deadly E Coli bacteria.

Very well, thank you!

After much debate, and a canceled RCI cruise ressie DH has finally agreed that we can cruise DCL in 2008!


So now I'm waiting for the dates/prices to drop.

So what's been going on around here? Love the new(ish) tags!

Nice to meet you! I haven't been around lately, too busy trying to talk DH into a cruise!

So would you pick August or December to cruise and then visit the parks? I'm leaning toward December even though it'll mean fewer days at the parks. I really want to go to the christmas party and see the decorations. But DH Loves the water, so in December it might be kinda cold at CC...

Nothing like planning over 2 years ahead!

Which part of Lake County (if you don't mind sharing)...my parents are in Aurora/Solon, my brother in Kent, but I have aunts, uncles, cousins in Columbia Station and Brunswick.

I hope you get to take a cruise! That would be awesome!!! My DH has mentioned it a couple of times, but we haven't looked at it seriously yet.

I'd pick Christmas. Even though the parks are gonna be stinkin' crowded, there is only so many cabins on the Magic/Wonder. The decorations should be amazing at that time, too!

Excuse me for just dropping off...............I had to run to Walmart to buy ibuprofen for dh........I took the last 3 this am for my foot. We have like 89 bottles of tylenol, which he can't take, and NO ibuprofen. So I bought it, he took it and now he's back asleep.

Actually we'd leave before Christmas. DH gets the 15th-Jan 2 off of school this year and they've had those weeks every year forever, so looking at the 2007 iteneraries, we'd take the December 16 4 nighter and go to WDW from the 20-24 and come home on Christmas Eve. So the parks will be busy, but not as bad as they are after Christmas. We've been to WDW for the last years and I want something a little different. (Not a lot! Just a little )

I agree with Bonnie...I think I would go in December too!

Looking at the 2008 calander, I don't think it's going to work out, because of the way the holiday falls...I guess it's a good thing I'm trying to plan early! It stinks trying to work around a school schedule!!! The other dates are so much cheaper! Why does Disney have to cater to kids!
