She had on a pink tinted lipgloss because she had chapped lips, but I won't let her wear makeup yet. She was definitely in the minority there. Most of the girls had tons of makeup on at 12/13! Maybe I am just old fashioned....

It's funny cause I'm 28 and I have seen girls that had to be 12-13 and they looked older than me because of all the make-up.

Me too! I have my 7 and 8 year old students coming in with make-up on, not lip gloss only........full on make-up...........I tell them women wear that stuff to make them LOOK young like them!

Denise 2 or Highwaygal. I read on the Boo thread she posted something about hitting the button that looked like a mountain and pasting in there. She sent me the link I hit the mountain and now I have a pumpkin. Yea.

Bonnie I so appreciated your patience with trying to get my computer illiterate self a pumpkin.

No Paige!! It's Mary. Hey I went over to post the dog thread. I did not agree with royalcanadian. I too had to make the same terrible choice when I married DH, due to his allergies. How was camping? I hope you didn't find any poison ivy!!!

I hate camping.......too much like my formative years.......but the boys had fun, so it wasn't that bad.

I think it's fine for anyone to have an opinion...........but you don't attack someone else for theirs..................
