sorry I left so abruptly earlier. A sudden storm came and the power went out! Then I had to leave to pick up DH and we went right from there to the back-to-school night.

Now you are all gone!!

Getting on tonight has been a nightmare! Looks like I was not the only one who had problems. I can't imagine this thread being dead for such a length of time unless we either couldn't get on, or the world ended.

I actually had to spend time with DH tonight. We just kind of looked at each other. In a weird way. Then he went to watch tv in the bedroom.

BTW Paige: Saw DS last night on the other Thread...what a CUTIE he is!!!!

Thanks.........he's king of the "looks", and with the mood he was in, I knew he'd pull that one.........thought it might come in handy on Bonnie's thread and it did!

He loves spaghetti and hates getting his face wiped................

It's Nick's (my older son) outgrown hat, and the bed my dh bought me one Valentine's Day (I love it too)!

Well no storms in my area...I wonder where the DIS originates from...Webmaster Alex (I think) stated a storm and power outtages shutting down the DIS....

Funny thing is, I didn't even try to get on until after 10. We had our school-wide science museum night, then homework, bedtimes, Survivor and a little time with dh............I nearly didn't even try to get on tonight. Then when I could and it wouldn't............I had no idea it had been hours and hours!
