I made Italian Sausages with mixed peppers and onions and french fries. DD loves it (calls it indian sausage).

We get to go out to eat twice this week. Chili's tomorrow because 100% proceeds go to St Jude on this day only. On Thursday we have a meeting with our network at some pizza joint. I hope they also serve lasagna because that's what I want!

Yum!!!! I love Chilli's and lasagna is one of my favorites.

Dh won't go to Chili's. He gets vendettas against some restaurants.......maybe he had a bad server, maybe bad food........who knows?

Careful talking about Beenie Weenies on these boards (or is it on a different board, I can't remember) that a discussion about Beenie Weenies becomes a phenonmon. It turns into a pool hoppin discussion, look out!!

Only this one now, but when I first started surfing here, I was searching for my place. But since I found it, I only come here. But I do eavesdrop occassionally on the family board, resort board, and restaurant board until we go; which is in 69 days as of today.

Thanks. I once went to Friday's and we sat there forever. finally I got a server's attention and asked if we could get some service. She sighed real big and said I guess so. Really horrid service the rest of the meal. At the end I talked to a manager and she would have given us gift certifictes but they didnt have any. Therefore she gave us cards for a free appetizer and free dessert. And we didnt have to buy 2 entrees or anything like that. We like this restaurant so we ended up getting a meal and using our cards. Therefore when I have bad service I complain instead of never going there again. If I did that I wouldn't have anywhere to go!!!!!!!! I used to be a waitress so I don't judge real harsh or anything.

Well Kim, it looks like it is just you and me. So what is dinner at your house, tonight? Like I said we had sausages, yummy!

My DH doesn't know yet. we went to the grocery store recently so we have food, this is a good first step

Yea!!! For Food!!! We went to Sam's Club last week for the first time in about 2 months, we had nothing, so we got $150 in just meats. I couldn't believe it. We eat a lot of fish and chicken, so we got alot.

When I worked at Sam's CLun I had a free card. Now that I dont work there anymore there is no card. Since it's only my DH and me I wonder if we should suck it up and spend the $$ for the card. What is your opinion? It's also been a few years since I have been in a Sam's Club.

I'm back from dinner and my stomach is HURTING! But I have not thrown up today. There were several times I was really nauseous, and my stomach hurt all day, but no throwing up!

Well, when it was just DH and me, we had one but we got gas there too. And it was cheaper. We have a deep freezer and we can freeze bulk frozen food. We used it but we ate at home all the time. We eat out more now than we ever did before kids. I guess we just didn't run around as much before kids, now we go all the time from one event to another.

Well thats a good sign. Have you been able to find a Dr. who can treat an ulcer? You need to get some kind of treatment. I don't want you to go thru what my dad went thru. But I don't think they do what they did to him anymore.

I'm going to go to a clinic this week (I don't have insurance right now)..

What did your dad go through?
