Paige, that is awful about the appendix. No one I've ever known has had that happen. But it sounds horrible.

I think I got the short end of the genetic stick or something............... It wasn't fun, but it's all done and the great thing is I never have to worry about that again because it's gone now!

So, I bought Halloween M&Ms, candy corn, some gross rubbery sticky body parts candy, marshmallow black cats and some of those itty bitty candy bars...................who wants some?

That's okay, I am not the size to wear a bikini anyway! I laughed at the dr. for the caesarean when he started explaining where the scar would go so it wouldn't show if I ..............then he broke off and got all red (I'm over 200 lbs........Halloween candyitis), and I laughed at the poor guy.

I'll take some M&Ms and little candy bars. Anything chocolatey! You know what trick or treat candy I love? Those peanut butter taffy kisses that come in the orange and black wrappers. My kids hate them, but I think they're grand.

Just don't be like me.....When I went to Disney two years ago I fell on the sidewalk....I convinced myself that I just sprained my ankle. I continued to walk around the parks and for another week after I got home. I finally decided that the pain should have gotten better so I went to the doctor. I had broken my ankle and it was starting to mend "crooked" I had to wear a boot for six weeks!

I'll take some M&Ms and little candy bars. Anything chocolatey! You know what trick or treat candy I love? Those peanut butter taffy kisses that come in the orange and black wrappers. My kids hate them, but I think they're grand.

Oh, my kids won't eat those, so I have to help them out with that. I eat their tootsie rolls too.

They won't share their chocolate though........from Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Easter...........little ungrateful things.........so I just buy my own!

I know, my friend keeps saying I probably broke a small bone in my foot..........no swelling, no bruising.........heck, no falling even.......I just don't see how. I will go to the doc if I must, but I just know he's gonna say it's nothing, and it'll quit hurting a few days after.............

I just really don't think it can be Bonnie. I do have high pain tolerance, my ruptured appendix was originally thought to be an ovarian cyst because I wasn't in enough pain the dr.s thought for an appendix. But to actually break it and walk around on it? I just think it can't be..............but I guess it was for Pip, huh?

My only free afternoon is Wed. Maybe I'll see if I can get in.........

Me too. I hate being touched, and that's what the dr. is all about!

Yep, walked around for two weeks...everyone kept asking me why I didn't go sooner. It hurt but not horribly bad....I only went on my DH's suggestion.


I will be back in a little bit...I have to reboot my computer...It is running real slow.
