Yes. I quit work when my first was born. I had the intention of working again but never did go back. It works for our family. I like helping out at the kids schools and being home when they get home.

You are so lucky. It will make a difference in their lives that you were home with them.

I would not work if we didn't need the money. I stayed at home for 8 years and I loved being there for my girls. I feel so guilty that I've had to work with Ainslee being little (I started when she was 3) and I hate that I won't be able to help in her Kindergarten class this year.

It will make a difference in their lives that you were home with them.

That's what I'm counting on. Sometimes I think about it. Especially now that the older one is in HS and everything she wants is so expensive. I'll ask them and they like me home.

Hmm I see I mised everyone this morning

Bonnie the Oceangram you got a while back was from me! So cool to see the responses. I guess people on there have no idea what I got that phrase from! If I don't talk to you beforehand, have fun at work tomorrow. I'm sure you'll do great. I sure hope they get your car fixed soon. What a bummer to own it for 3 weeks and have it break down. I'd be calling the people I bought it from real quick!

I'm glad my pic is back. Last night all I was seeing was "this image has been removed or deleted" on mine, Jay's and others. It was weird. But its back now. No worries

Yesterday I was pretty busy. Went to NW INdiana, ate too much, did some shopping and drank some coffee and read my book at Caribu. Love that place! We got home around 10 and then watched a movie and didn't get to bed until 1:30 or so. Then I couldn't sleep too well because of an upset tummy most of the night. Oh well, such is life.

Sorry about the car, Bonnie. You'll do great tomorrow. No worries! Remember I taught 4 year olds for 9 years and had 18 opening days (2 classes a day), if you have any questions, I'll be glad to help (never had naptime though, since my classes were 3 hours long).

A very happy Sunday to you all! We are relaxing at home today...thank goodness! We had such a busy week that we needed an entire day of downtime. I still have to clean the bathrooms and make dinner but other than that it's just lazy time on a lazy day! What are you all having for dinner?

Tonight we are having pork roast with jerk seasoning and mashed taters. If I get inspired I might throw in some biscuts...or then again...maybe not

Just to share, Griffin lost another tooth! That boy is going to be the death of the tooth fairy...or at least her pocket book! He loses teeth faster then rabbits breed. He's always got one under his pillow. Within the last month and a half he has lost 5 teeth!!
