Okay, Jay, just for you and me. Dh says the same thing, but then he wears mine!

We went during Christmas week, believe it or not, and it is soooo beautiful.

I would still love to do MNSSHP though.

I vote for either October (MNSSHP and F&W fest) or between Thanksgiving and Christmas (supposedly very slow, and before the holiday rate kicks in-but the decorations are up!)

That's my vote too. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have never been to the MVMCP and I would love to go to that and I have not seen the Disney holiday decorations anywhere but the travel channel in WAY to long!!

BUT...I am up for October too...like I said F&W fest is something I have always wanted to do as well.

Anytime basically... I just want to see my friends at the happiest place on earth!!

Hey Sarah,

Did your dh tell you I said hi? I thought that he was the dh of someone who posted here but I couldn't remember who (and I had a fear maybe I was making it up in my head and I would appear nuts). He stopped by the thread last night and was the only one up with me and my son's sleepover with SIX boys...it was a LONG night.

No he didn't. I'll have to scold him I'm glad you had some company though Plus it meant I was able to fall asleep without DH rolling all over the bed!

Are you up for a Mad Hatter Meet next August?

In the DIS meets forum (I'll provide a link later), I'll start a thread with a poll, asking everyone to vote on when they would like the meet to be. The one with the most votes, is when we'll schedule it. We'll give it a couple of days to make sure everyone has a chance to vote before we announce the dates for the meet.

The latter is my FAVORITE time to go! (But NOT during winter vacation from school!)

Why don't we go with that then? Between Thanksgiving and Christmas...sounds merry to me!!

I have a Tigger costume I saved that my first son (oh, what the heck, you guys are FAMILY) Nick wore when he was 8. It should just about fit Luke by then (Luke is the little one).

It's one of the nicer ones without the head on top..............

I was so glad to see someone here last night. Those boys were hyped up to the extreme! You would have thought I gave them two gallons of Moutain Dew each and a few sugar sticks to top that off.

They finally wound down at about 1:30 AM. Which in itself, not bad...

Then about 4:20 AM I hear them up again. One had to go to the bathroom woke the others to find out if they were tired.

Once I threatened to start calling parents if I didn't get some sleep it was bliss...peace and quiet and finally some sleep!!

August could be made to work for me...but it's not my favorite time of the year cause DH always does training during August (which is why I was left at home alone with six boys and my three sons for a total of NINE boys under the age of 11 overnight). So I don't know if I would have anybody to leave my boys with if we go for a "ladies only" meet and if we do a family meet...I don't know if I could bring him along. BUT...if that's best for others...I will make it work or turn blue trying!

Well if he gets the job he just interviewed for it'll only be .5 time anyway, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Nothing like counting my chickens.

Hey Mindy, dh has the same birthday as you!

Is it okay with you guys if you become my cousins? Because I want to tell my boss that it's a family reunion........I think that'll fly a bit better than "I want to go meet all these people I met online".

I would love to be your cousin...everyone in my family doesn't understand why you would:
a. go to Disney World more than two (maybe three) times
b. talk to people on the internet
c. get almost as much joy out of planning a trip as "doing" the trip

So...now I at least have one other relative who understands!

Wow! Dh will totally be dealing with that stuff while mommy sleeps at grandma's house!
