I was watching him too. DH came in and channel surfed through, so I'm back on here. I just posted to a thread that no one even acknowleged I was there. There was a guy who only had 48 posts (a real newbie) and kept trying to get them to answer him too. How rude. Why don't they just pm eachother if they want to shut people out. Thanks for letting me vent Joanne. I feel much better now.

Good Morning, Mad Chatters! Happy Sunday to you.

Wow. Can you believe that school starts here tomorrow?!My oldest baby starts hig school, while my youngest baby starts kindergarten. We're going to have lunch with DS. He's excited. DD is very nervous for high school. Middle school was a very difficult transition for her. She is an "A" student, and does wonderfully, but she is nervous every year. It took her a few hours to fall asleep last night, and it wasn't even the night before school. Any advice?

Today we're just going to church, coming home, and getting things ready for tomorrow. Pack backpacks, pick out first day outfits, etc.

Good Morning Denise. My oldest starts HS this year as well. Tomorrow to be exact. She has all the same feelings as your DD. I keep telling her in a week or two she is going to love it.

Morning, Tricia! I know what you mean. I keep telling mine the same thing. After she knows her way around, knows the teachers, gets used to the school, etc., she will feel much more comfortable.

It's just such a big change. They really do have every right to be nervous. I just hope it doesn't last to long.

is your Middle school a combination of other grammer schools?

the 6th grdae was a bigger adjustment for Valerie because of that.

the high school had the same kids going over, it was just getting used to a bigger school.

now a year later i can't believe the change in her and her friends.

they noe have senior friends and boyfriends which is a little scary.

I went to church yesterday so I could sleep a little late this morning. Being that tomorrow starts back with the alarm clock. Don't you know I woke up at 6:00.

my 15 DD csays it's boring for her.
she like the resorts and restaurants.
it's also her birthday while we're there
and she loves the fuss they make.


but this will be our last family trip for awhile.
