Home from work! Wow, was I grumpity today! I didn't get much sleep last night though.

I was it was something as indecent as a hot bartender, but alas it was a real pineapple. They served our lapu lapu in a hollowed out pineapple shell and after drinking it and then moving on to a Captain's Mai Tai, I would not relinquish my pineapple until I had finished "nibbling" on it. Honestly, is there anything better than alcohol soaked fruit???

Hey! Got a text from Bex....she and Justin went to MK today and won DREAM FASTPASSES for MK!! Ain't that the ultimate? Squiddy, Trisha and I won dream fastpasses when we were at MK in August of last year! We were THRILLED!! So anyway, congrats to BEX!!

OH I have the BEST chocolate cake recipe sister!



And the mojito is a scrumptious little cocktail:

Mojito recipe....

Ice
6 ounces light rum
12 mint sprigs, or spearmint, 8 roughly broken apart
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice and the pulp
4 tablespoons sugar
Club soda
4 slices lime

Place ice in beverage shaker then add in the rum, 8 broken up mint sprigs, lime juice and sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in a high ball glass. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda.

Or use a mix! TRUST ME!
