I put gift wrap in the door way so he can't see in the living room. He has to bust through it like a football player to even get near the presents. I'm hoping to sneak downstairs and get the french toast into the oven before he wakes up.

That is WILD, traditions that families have are so awesome!!!

I know every year I made DH eat HALF or 5 OREOS and drink half a glass of milk every year.....he never had a problem with THAT request at midnight...

I told Drew that Santa told me he would prefer coffee with gingerbread creamer this year.

I didn't even think of that problem, Kar! You're right, the straps would be too short with a coat. That stinks.....well, guess you still have to keep it and use it in the spring, right??

We have a Santa cookie jar and Santa is holding a cup of cocoa or coffee (can't tell which). So that's where the idea came from. He thought it sounded dandy, too! Sooooo, I get cookies AND coffee. Life is GOOD.

Getting very excited and mainly because I know for sure we will have NO snow interferring with our departure...you know...that has weighed heavy on my mind!!!

But Boston is slated to have some 45 degrees and misty rain as the same for London.
