Trisha, my degree is in Elementary Ed. I don't think I'm going to go back to school though. At least not for a long time.

Kar, how come she is stocking shelves? Does she not like teaching? Some days I think I should do something else too! Of course, I'm teaching Pre-K instead of my usual Kindergarten, so that probably has something to do with it. I'm not cut out for Pre-K!

Bon...I HAD to go back to school. I taught for Head Start, and there is no way you're getting into the public schools here unless you sub for 10 million years. I was not willing to do that. Sooooooo, I know I'll have no problem getting a job in special ed, I love special ed anyway and I have my regular ed degree to fall back on if I get burnt out and want to bid on another job.

I do joke with DH that I should just become a professional student. I love taking classes, so I can see me continuing for a long time.

I taught pre-k last year and really miss being with the kids. I decided it would be too hard to do my master's full time, work and try to be a good wife and mom. That's why I didn't go back to work this year. We're taking a bit of a financial hit going back to one income, but I think it will all be worth it in the end. PLUS, we get to go to WDW when school is in session!

T, it will be so worth it in the long run. So you are down one income for now. But you are being an awesome mom and also getting your schooling done without the outside work distraction from your studies/DH/Drew...you know.

Then sooner than later, you will be back and gainfully employed and it will be ALL GOOD, you know.

Trisha, no one will tell her this and she has applied to one million school systems BUT she is close to 400 pounds...I am not kidding you and my family thinks it is her weight that gets her turned down. She continues to do nothing about it other than get bigger and bigger. So now she works nights in Kohls. So sad.

WELL SWEET LADIES, I am getting tired and I am going to put all the clean clothes that are stacked in piles on my bed all away and climb into it.
