Nice to meet you too. :wave2:

Has anyone seen that commercial for WDW where the snowman is riding all the rides? He has on Mickey ears
in stead of a top hat. It cracks me up every time I see it.

Plans? No plans. :confused3 Why? Are you coming to visit???? :Pinkbounc
Nope...tonight I have the boys (except for Aladdin who is exempt by way of my feeling badly for him  ) cleaning up a storm. Tomorrow we will bake cookies (gingerbread and sugar), make a gingerbread house, make Buckeyes (basically round Reeses Peanut Butter Cups) and maybe think about making Greek cookies (I am half Greek and I LOVE the cookies...but they are SOOOO bad for you and take forever and a day to finish making and are very hard to mix). So...tomorrow will be fun holiday work. Sunday afternoon I am going to take Stitch out to lunch and do his Christmas shopping after church. Then poor Aladdin has to go and tell his coach and team about his injury...then we are all going to Southern Lights at the KY Horse Park. http://www.kyhorsepark.com/khp/holiday/
It is always one of my favorite times of the year!!

Well... The first night I made a big pot of cabbage & potatoes and add Polska Keilbasa to the pot to heat it and that's our dinner the first night.

Then I have left over about 1/3 of a pot of just cabbage & potatoes and I chill that overnight so I can get most of the greese off. But it still has lots of flavor from the Polska Keilbasa.

Next day I break up the potatoes & cabbage and add a bunch more veggies... a can of tomatoes, corn, black eye peas, carrots, lots of green and red peppers, minced garlic and about a pound of ground beef (pre-browned). I add some hot pepper vinegar, basil, cayanne pepper, salt & pepper and one to 2 TBS of sugar to cut the acid.

Oh it's very yummy, DH loves it, and it feeds us for two nights! :woohoo:
