Hey Losers. I survived the 8th grade Underground Railroad day. Wow--some of them could use a shower! Seriously, the smell was so bad at times I had to ask the teacher how she handles it. She is immune, apparently and no longer notices it. I had to leave the room and go down the hall to the restroom!

I was good, though and walked behind DD as she walked in to school this morning--she didn't want to be seen with me. Then I got to put handcuffs on her!

ETA: No, not real handcuffs! I don't want anyone reporting me to the authorities!

My nephews are that age and they stink soooooo bad. When they come here I make them take a shower and put clean clothes on everyday. I don't know how my sister stands it. I just walk into the room and say, "You smell like teenage boy without a girlfriend. Go take a shower." I don't think they like me very well.

And Lara, FYI, crabs themselves should be cheaper this year.

Crab meat should be more expensive.

It's because the crab houses got denied their workers, so all those picking crabs won't have a place to go, which means there will be more out there, with stores trying to get rid of them.

But the meat prices will be higher for the same reason. There will be a lot fewer crab factories open this year, so the meat will be at a premium.

crabs are soooo yummy! I mostly buy them pre-steamed. You told me about someone near me that was good...they guy on route 2 maybe?

I'm having fun, thinking about us Losers pole dancing. I'd pay money to see it, but yall have to promise to keep your clothes on!!

Do you guys ever look at your kids and just feel stunned by how beautiful they are? Don't misunderstand me... my kids are holy terrors, and to anyone else probably just average looking (although I would argue that fact).

I just checked on the girls, who are napping peacefully, and I was thinking how sometimes it just takes my breath away to think that these perfect tiny little people are my children.

The guy on route 2 = Joe's.

He's good. Right now he only has crabs from Louisiana, but those crabs are coming directly from his own dock in LA. So he keeps the best for himself, and then lets people like my DH have the rest!

When local crabs come on, he'll buy from us, though. And he uses (some of) our crab meat. He also tends to mix it with foreign meat to keep his costs down.

He does have decent crabs though.

I tell my DH that I guess ugly people make beautiful children....he agrees when it comes to ours But why when they are so darn cute can they act so ugly not all the time mind you, only when their awake

Anyone else play this game with their kids? It's kind of addicting. I've mastered the easy level, and I'm moving up to the medium level.

I know I'm going to have corpal tunnel in my wrist. Hey!! Maybe that'll be the excuse I use to get out of going back to work next week!!

We have Guitar Hero. We usually end up playing it all night, to where my pinky goes numb. Then the next day my arm is sore.

Yeah, I'ma gonna stay away from any pole dancing, too. Let's just say..I need to lose 30 pounds in order to be considered overweight, and gravity sucks.

However, I'll be happy to mix drinks for y'all. I tended bar for 8+ years on a Naval base, and a couple years at a a dance club type bar.

I've gone through a ton of the songs on the easy level, and I always do great (playing guitar, hubby is the drummer). I normally get somewhere between 92-97%.

So I figured it was time to kick it up a notch and move to the medium level. I was just practising before my DS8 comes home from school, but after 30 minutes, I'm already sore!!
