I'm not a purse person. Call me wierd, but I'm not into purse fashion. I mean, I have a purse. But I don't get that thrill that most girls do when they see a high end purse. I normally go for nine west, or whatever's on the walmart rack.

DH bought me a "hot" LV purse and two wallets once. He thought I'd be so happy with them. I was like, eh, it's a purse. The LV wallets are still in the boxes in the drawer in the kitchen. They could be knock-off's, I'd never even know the difference.

Am I weird and un-girly?

Knockoffs or not...I will take that LV purse and the wallets if you don't want them.

If you are weird, I am too. A nice purse is the only splurge you will see on me. That's because if I get fatter, the purse still fits. I like NIKE tennies because they are light weight and feel good, but I will not spend more than $40 on them. That is the limit to my fashion conciousness. I could care less about Italian shoes, I like my ugly (ON SALE) Birks, in fact I don't know a Jimmy Chu Shoe from a Manlos Blah Blah... in fact, 75% of the time I am barefoot. The most I ever spent on a regular dress was $69 and that never happened again.

If you are, then so am I. I have a LV knockoff that my MIL gave me when she was here. I can't remember the last time I actually bought a new purse.

FYI everyone, always check the unclaimed assets website for your state. I did about 6 months back and found a bunch of unclaimed checks of my Nana's (my dad's mom). $3000 worth So my mom being the heir to my dad 's estate went to get all the death certificates from Nana and my dad but she did it and submitted it all and now she is giving the money to me and my two brothers. The check came today so I earned $1000 today Unfortunately it is already spent . But check every name you know, I even found my BIL some money but he is a jerk so I didnt go out of my way to tell

They would not tell me on the phone how much it was. It got the paper work filled out and turns out the bank had 10,000 dollars in it. So me and my DB and DS split it.

However Im a shoe girl. Is anyone else? Now that im 21 I finally have a place to wear all my high heels that I love so much. Did I post a picture of the pink satin pumps I got for my grandparents party? They are beautiful. I can't wait to wear them again. Tonight im wearing my cowboy boots!

I am such a loser! Not a purse girl OR a shoe girl. Pretty low maintenance actually. I mean, I carry a purse and wear shoes, but not real picky about brands, etc., as long as they are comfy &/or serve my purpose.

I was watching the House Subcommittee meeting via web cam.

5 hours this meeting went on. 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!! And they still don't know what they're going to do. They even used bribery at one point. Well, if we help you with this, would you be willing to help us with that? But that IS politics. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.

And of course, it always turns into comprehensive immigration reform -- which I admit we need, but this is a seperate issue. It's not my fault that somebody is hiring illegal workers, I DON'T! I only hire the workers that the government has approved.

Oh, and I have a nice "unlimited handbags" ad at the bottom of the page. Isn't it nice when the ads are related to loser conversation?

Many of these were insurance related as well. My Nana had more life insurance than any other human being. Her DH died when he was 37 and my dad was 3 months old with no life insurance, so both of them her and my dad were life insurance happy.

I am becoming a reformed purse girl. I bought so many coaches I actually have had to give them away as presents. I still have some my husband knows nothing about and would kill me if he saw one more new purse. I still use my coaches I just havent bought one for quite awhile.

I never used to be into that stuff but since I got so fat something on me had to be nice LOL. That and once I get on a kick for something I have trouble controlling myself.

I don't like the LV or Db ones at all though so it's a good thing I just stuck to one brand, imagine how many purses I would have if i liked all 3 brands?

Then I went on a longaberger obsession. I bought every basket on ebay that I could find with a paprika liner. I am talking EVERY single one of them. Now they just hold more junk that I should be tossing and it gives me an excuse not to go through my crap and toss stuff out because I have a basket for it.

We have actually cleaned today. I have the kids working right now, waiting for one more kid to get home so he can get his room cleaned so we can vacuum. I tried to use the vacuum and my husband just laughed and said he would do it. I said good because I don't even know how to turn the thing on.

My husband and my youngest daughter are definetly going to Disneyland tomorrow. I am praying I sleep through the night so I can go too. I keep waking up at 3 or 4 in the morning and need a nap by the time the kids leave the house for school. Wish me luck I would love to ride BTMRR.

I love purses too. I actually have my eye on a few different coach ones, but can't justify (even creative math) one right now.
Well I have been most of my clothes switched over, but I was going to finish tonight. I have 3 laundry baskets full still to go, and the boys stuff too. I even went through my closet determined to get rid of the clothes that didn't fit & threw them in a big pile on my bed. So I was going to try them on after the boys went to bed... Well... I just slipped on my slippery kitchen floor & tried to catch my self on the end table by the couch and the door was open on the end table so now I have a small gash on my palm, a scrape all the way up on my fore arm, but the worst is this huge thing on my upper arm right above my elbow. It started to bruise right away & now it is tightening up on me. So instead of accomplishing a lot like I had hoped tonight, I do believe I just made a bigger mess. Ugh. Hopefully it will stop throbbing soon.

Boy Scout store huh? We have one of those near me.... I'm one of the leaders...I figure if my kid has staples on her unifom, it wouldn't be considered a good thing. She did manage to rip her tie off last week. I diddn't have the right colored thread for that either, so I used black...she has the ugliest repair job ever. Eh, she bridges in two months...



As an added bonus, when you smile and wave while someone's dumping garbage on you, it REALLY pisses them off!
