I am back from the diner from H&&L. now his mother is a troll. We where not sitting for 5 minutes before she decided to give DD crap about not calling her enough. DD who does call her at least 3-4 times a week ttried to explain this and of course the troll would not shut up. But DH John finally told her to end it or we where leaving.
Then she asked the waitress who she knew if she did something to her hair. When the waitress said yes she cut it in a new style and highlighted the troll said wow I hope you did not pay alot for that it looks awful. And those where the best parts.

Um....you do know the staff added some "special ingrediants" to your dinner, right?

Not to ours but to hers. They know we are not part of her being the troll she is. I hate going out with her any where in public. I spend so much time telling people she is a troll than anything else.

I survived Movie Night at school. We just got back, talk about "family fun". Kids were (mine and the hundreds of others) were all hyped.

Yeah you win. It was just that total chaos where the kids have a blast and the aprents are blearied eye (and half in the bag as many parents had the "infamous red party cup" ) DH is in the dog house bc he never brought me my red cup as I was in the kiddie room with DS5 and he was watching the sports movie with DS10.

I know I am taking it way to personal, but some people need a big kick in the butt.
One just said something that made me sooo mad (yes it's their own opinion I know) that I might need to walk away and do the dishes.

It just boils my blood to hear people talk bad about our military. I don't care what your opinion on Bush and the War is, we should all support our troops on the line and at home. Actually been thinking about adopting a soldier or two.

I did do the dishes to blow off steam from that poster.
I did redeem myself by getting two of the chocolate covered cherries I bought for myself for Valentine's Day & headed back to the bedroom & hopped on to my laptop.

There is a website...soldiersangels.com or something like that where you can adopt.

I tried adopting a soldier a few years ago through another website but my letters were returned because apparently the soldiers had already left the warzone and the APO was closed.

Well here is a thread where I think the poster had the right idea but someone jumped all over them. The OP posted some humorous pictures of the military though I don't think he was making fun of the military but judging from the thread title poking fun at Hillary. I will let you guys be the judge.
