Can I join? I can't scrapbook or do anything crafty, I can't crochet, quilt, knit, sew and I don't hardly ever cook dinner. I have no kids at home anymore and the house is still cluttered so that means it must be me and DH who are the slobs! LOL

I'm right there with ya! I can't stand to be cold so there's no way I'd get out of my nice warm car either.

Eh...it's not much of an excuse...he pukes all the time. My son has an auto-immune disorder called eosinophilic esophegitis. He also has asthma and cyclical fever syndrome so he's sick a lot. He doesn't look sick though...at least there's that.

WELCOME Disneymommom. I'm pretty new to this thread too. You don't have to have kids at home to be a LOSER.

To answer a couple of the discussion questions:

I have never received points, but I know a lot of people that have. You can tell when a thread is heading toward possible Mod intervention. When that happens, I run away (think Monty Python). Actually, I have found that the best way to punish people that want to fight (not debate, mind you, but fight) is to get them all worked up and then disappear.

My husband completely doesn't get the hanging out here thing. He says the Vacation Message Board People. I'm on another chat thread that has been around for over a year. I have very good friends there. I was going through a lot of stuff a few weeks ago, including DS6 having seizures. A few of them got together and sent me flowers. DH freaked when he saw a box of flowers arrive for me. He was all over my shoulder while I checked the card. Yeah, like I have a secret lover and he would be sending me 2 dozen tulips right here at home under his nose. Pfffft. He thinks it is weird, but he deals.

I'm going to try and get something done around here today since I played all day yesterday. I know it won't be much, but I'll give it a shot.

Welcome. I think there are a few of us that are new, including me. So pull up a chair and just move that laundry basket into the bathroom, or hide it in the closet.
