I finally figured it out. When you are open to the thread, go up to your browser where it says http:www.Disboards etc and right click, copy then come say back here and Paste into your reply. There may be another way but this so far works for me.

OMG?!!! I just tried that and I have no clue. I am so computerly challenged. :confused:

so I think I will just rely on my thread title remembering skills. Unless it bothers other people. :surfweb:

I just put my mouse on the thread's title & right click and then click Copy Shortcut. Go to the thread you want to post the link to and paste it when you reply
I probably just confused you more. I know it took me afew times to get it right.

That skiill doesn't hurt much...if you want to make it really fun, overlay the link onto another word so that when you click on the word it takes you to where you wanted to go. Like this

Ok go to where the thread titles are list (I don't know the correct name, I'll call it the main page). Put you cursor on the title, like you would do to open the thread to read, but instead of left click you right click and a little page will pop up. One of the choices will say Copy Shortcut, left click that. Then go to the reply page of whatever thread you want to put the link on and right click your mouse again and choose Paste. That's it.

I'm sooooo computer illiterate it's not funny. My DH (the computer geek)makes fun of me. I'm still lucky if I can remember how to upload pictures & burn copies of cds.

Recently my friends were trying to get into our Little League website and could not for the life of them find it, I even told them exactly what to type. So finally said I will send you a link in an email. So I did and they called me back AMAZED. ANd then i showed them hoe to put it into Favorites. They thought I was so computer literate, hah that is two people I have fooled. I really have no clue most days
