Hi,

We are going on the 4 day Wonder on 11/30/03. Does anybody know if Ariel is on the ship and which of the other princess are on the ship?

Thanks,
Julie

Ariel makes an appearance during the show, Disney Dreams, but I don't recall seeing her for autograph/photo opportunities.

I remember seeing Cinderella a lot. Also, Snow White, Belle, Alice, Wendy from Peter Pan.. and I am sure there were a few more. They had a "Princess Party" during all of my 4 day cruises where all the princesses would be available for pictures and stuff.. and little girls came dressed in their princess outfits. It was very cute, just keep in mind the Atrium was packed during the party, so there were lines for each of the princesses.

Don't worry though, there were always tons of opportunities to get character meet and greets.

Speaking of princesses, has anyone noticed some cast members doing double duty? I had to visit the medical center on my March cruise. Later, I saw Alice (the character) and noticed it was the nurse that helped me in the medical center.

Now I can say Alice from Wonderland gave me a shot in the derriere. :D

And I bet some men would pay good money for that experience.

Ariel can't be on the boat because she's UNDER the sea, remember!

One of the CMs at our life boat drill made an appearance later as Belle.

And while we're talking about princesses - I just have to say that they are GREAT at what they do. I don't know if you realize but when they come out in costume they enter and exit through a door in Shutters. Well, one night while looking at pictures I noticed (kind of hard to miss) Cinderella talking to a young girl. Obviously she was on her way out of costume (and it was getting late meaning this could have been her "off" time) and she talked to this little girl for a good 30 minutes. She REALLY acted like a princess. I thought the fact that she pacified this girl for so long was wonderful.

No she's not. Remember, she got married. She's a princess: with legs now! LOL

Well if Ariel isn't around, how about Tink?

Counting and waiting!

not sure if I am correct here, but I believe the only "live" appearance Tinkerbell makes is when she flys down from the Castle at the MK for fireworks..

I saw two of the princesses pass each other in the hallway back to Shutters. One was leaving and the other coming into the Atrium. They stopped, did a little bow and greet ceremony, and then passed each other. It was very cute. I'm not sure that 5 people witnessed it, but it sure made an impression on me that they take their roles seriously!

Tinkerbell makes an appearance in "Disney Dreams" but only as a little flash of light. It's not like you actually see her little blonde head and wings or anything.

Another great character (especially if you have boys) is Captain Hook. He was TOO funny! When we saw Peter Pan he told us to tell Captain Hook that "we love Peter Pan" or to "crow" (is that the right word for ****-a-doodle-doo?!) at him like Peter does. Well of course we did and it was a hoot. At one point he took my nephew's autograph book and threw it on the ground and stomped on it. And then he would half chase us with his hook when we mentioned Peter Pan. It was great fun going back and forth.

Sorry, I know we were talking about princesses but I had to tell you about the Captain!
