Exactly who I said he should have chosen over Warren. I'm an Episcopalian and I love Robinson!! This will go a long way to appease the GLBTG community even if it was an after thought-it shows Obama is still thinking, listening and responding!!! At last, the right person for the job!!

Re Warren, I kept telling people, 'if *I'M* this mad over Warren as a straight, hetero woman - can you imagine how the Gay...community feels?' Bravo Barack, keep workin' it honey!!

I don't think it should matter if I'm gay, straight, bicurious, or destined to a life of celibacy.

I didn't like Warren as a choice. Sorry. JMO. His spew makes me nauseous.

It goes something like this:

Let's say you are leaving in 7 days (I WISH ). First you don't count today because..well.. it's already over (even if it's 7:30 am). Then you don't count the actual day you leave..well..because-you're leaving. Then based on your mood, you could or could not count tomorrow. So in reality you only have 4-5 days before you go!

So basically President Obama is already in office

On January 1st, he said his birthday was in one month because it was now January, so we can't count that month, and his birthday was the very next month (on the last day of February). By his logic, he was able to eliminate an entire month of wait time until his birthday.

I saw parts of the GW Bush exit interview today. I can't believe the man actually said he was "disappointed" that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Say what??????

I didn't see him take responsibility for any of his mistakes -- just a lot of defensiveness. I'm glad we're finally turning that page in history. It will be interesting to see if down the road, he does any charitable work, like the other past presidents have. Somehow, I get the feeling that the answer is going to be a big fat "no."

We call that FDM. AKA: Fuzzy Disney Math.

This is how it goes...

You never count the day you're on now or the day you arrive/travel. You also get to subtract all weekends and holidays. Or any special days.

So....if we're counting down to inauguration then this is how it would go...

We wouldn't count today or Tuesday. Monday is a holiday so Monday wouldn't count. We don't count weekends.

Technically...that would leave us with 4 days left.

If Ann was in front of me right now, I'd sock her in the nose. And I'd love every second of it. Her rant against single mothers was one of the nastiest things I've seen on TV in...well...ever. I hope she never has a child. And if she ever does (as if someone would want to get close enough to create a life with her)...I will personally start a collection for her offspring's therapy. Because he or she will need it...and a LOT of it.

LOL-I don't know the back story why you call the kids "little terrorists" but it reminds me of how DH and I used to call DD a little bundle of pain and destruction. It was in reference of how she blew up life as we knew it .

As per GW-I would have rather he just gave us the bird and left the stage.

Some on the "other" thread speculated that maybe all of those terrorists being released from GITMO could be adopted by us bleedin' heart libs.

Opened us up for some prime jokage.

We now all have taken in terrorists for raisin' and such.
