The ruling by the Minnesota Supreme Court rejects the normal GOP tactic of trying to keep votes from being counted.

Come on Al!!!!!! I am so hoping that he gets in because he is good enough, smart enough, and doggone it, people like him!!!!!

I was so psyched to hear Al won to get those rejected due to clerical error votes counted. I saw a you tube video he created featuring those whose votes were rejected. It really makes you see how individual votes do matter!! One person in the video was a Obama campaign worker who voted by absentee ballot so that she could devote her election day to help others vote and then her ballot was rejected due to a clerical error.....i just could not imagine how mad I would have been to told that my vote did not count!!!

Was it questioned, or was it rejected automatically? Here in Wisconsin *any* ballot with stray marks will be rejected automatically so a note on the bottom would certainly be rejected.
