Our friends on the other side of that aisle have found a new spokeswoman: Dumb bunny, lone pony or something like that.

I won't link to it because dumb bunny, lone pony or something like that uses language not suitable for a family BB. You can't asterisk out the stuff she's saying. You can, however, use the link provided by our friends on the other side of the aisle.

Worth checking out to see what the other side believes is great oratory and rallies folks to their cause. To me, dumb bunny, lone pony or something like that looks another Planet Bush resident who's gotten into the mushrooms.

In the interest of not being called plagiarist, I heisted that from George Carlin. :lmao:

A real class act, that dumb blond. Yes, she's a great spokes person for them.
:thumbsup2

Even though she completely ripping her off, I notice she's a bit smarter than Ann Coulter. She wears a mock turtle neck to cover up the Adam's apple...genius!

Seems to me like Lone Pony should take a trip to the glue factory. :lmao:

what are everyones' thoughts about the Obama plagorizing thing? :scared: It seems to be gaining momentum.

Even Elizabeth Edwards was commenting on it. I was reading some of her comments about the plagorizing and Obama's health care ideas on a Democratic website. She does not seem to care for him, so I'm skeptical about her husband endorsing Obama right now.

Frankly, I'm getting nervous.

The article I read mentioned one speach that the wording was almost identical - however if the guy who originally had the speach is okay with it - I don't see how it is exactly plagerism. Either way - the kind of campaign that Clinton is running is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. It seems she can't debate him on merits - they look for petty crap like this, or race, or "experience" and it truly makes her look bad in my opinion. If I was her I would want to win because I had the best ideals - not because I painted the other candidate as being bad.

Also the fact that now she wants Michigan and Florida votes to count when the rules clearly stated prior to voting that they would NOT count makes her look desperate. Not to mention rules can't be changed just because they benefit her. She is starting to embarass herself.

Looks like Barry's working to differentiate himself from Hillary on trade:

IMO, this has got to resonate with voters of all political persuasions...

I have a question. Who is Barry?

On the plagarism thing - what a bunch of nothing. It reeks of desparation. I really expected better campaign tactics from Hilary Clinton than this. I mean think about it - it's the CLINTONS. And this is the best they can come up with. :confused3

I agree, but I also don't think it's a desparate move either. She's just taking every advantage she can grasp at, as they come along... as I'm sure Barack, McCain, and Huckabee are doing also.

I'm not saying other campaigns don't lay in wait for their oppoents to say or do something they can pounce on. The gotcha moment. They all do it. But this one just doesn't seem like there's anything there. I think they're worried they are running out of time (which they are) and they're just pouncing on anything and everything.

I expected the Clintons to be more politically shrewd than this.

Barry Obama. I never knew that, I've never heard him referred to that way. Does anyone call him that?

:rotfl: I don't think so...it's his high school nickname. BTW, the nickname's real, but the yearbook page is not...

Would she have let this go if she was comfortably ahead? Perhaps. Who's to know. I'm quite sure she's worried, but I don't thinks she's at "desperate" quite yet. That's not to say she's not close. ;)

We'll know soon after the Texas and Ohio delegate count.

My nephew, Nate, goes to Middlebury College in Vermont. He's having a great time working on his first campaign. He's voting via absentee ballot in Wisconsin tomorrow, I believe, but helping with the Obama campaign in Vermont.

He sent this link to me. The note with it said "Auntie M.A., you love Ben and Jerry's ice cream and you're crazy about Obama. Perhaps you want to come to Vermont and campaign for him!"

Ben & Jerry's Founders Unveil ObamaMobiles

BURLINGTON, Vt. -- The founders of Ben & Jerry's endorsed Barack Obama Monday, loaning the Vermont campaign two "ObamaMobiles" to tour the state while doling out "Cherries for Change" ice cream.

Sen. Patrick Leahy and his wife joined Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield to announce their radio campaign backing the Illinois senator.

Ben Cohen said if there was ever a need for real change, and if there ever was a candidate to inspire the country and make that happen, it's now.

Greenfield said that Obama is showing that when you lead with your values and follow what you have inside that good things will happen.

Leahy said his support is pro-Obama and not anti-Sen. Hillary Clinton, who he said he respects but is backing a candidate who he thinks can provide the hope for real change.

My understanding is that Ben & Jerry, in the spirit of the political season, has also just introduced another flavor of ice cream called "Huckabee". It's short on cream, but heavy on nuts......

OMG - I've just read the whole social program thread.

I had to come back "home" even if I have to read many "hillary is horrible" posts! ;)

Some of those posters are hard to stomach!! I've never seen so many unempathetic people in one place!
