Now if we could have sent more of that equipment overseas at the beginning of the war, maybe the troops would have been more prepared, wait, no, what they really needed were armored Humvees and not open bed trucks

Might as well post the recipe:

Chile Rellenos Casserole with Beef

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cans (4 ounces) whole green chiles, cut in half lengthwise,
seeded
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend of cheeses
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• dash pepper
• 4 beaten eggs
• hot pepper sauce


PREPARATION:
In a heavy skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion; drain off excess fat. Sprinkle beef with the first 1/2 teaspoon salt and the 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place half the chiles in an 11x7-inch shallow baking dish; sprinkle with the cheese then top with beef mixture.

Arrange remaining chiles over the beef mixture. Combine milk, flour, salt, pepper, eggs, and several dashes of Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce. Beat until smooth. Pour over meat and chile mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let Chile Rellenos Casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Chile rellenos casserole serves 6.

You can add enchilada sauce or more cheese to taste.

That's right up my alley. Thanks! I'm going to give that a whirl one day. I might add some chili powder and extra dashes of tabasco, though. The spicier the better! That gives a person an excuse to add a big dollop of sour cream on top to cool it down.

Not surprising, it was a McCain Republican Aid that circulated the Wright sermons, he's been suspended from the campaign apparently... this is just now breaking, being reported on CNN & Politico

They've now shown what they're up to, and been pinned for it, Clinton should tread her water very carefully, if it's not Obama, they're going to go after her and she'd better have every duck lined up...

You can always trust our friends on the wrong, pardon me the right to overplay their hand. The discussions, sometimes vigorously, has been how can the party be united if Obama isn't chosen and Clinton gets the nomination? Or vice-versa. Our friends on the wrong, pardon me, the right are doing our work for us.

If Obama fails to get the nomination because of the rightie slime machine, Obama supporters will vote for Clinton if for no other reason then payback. If Clinton fails to get the nomination, Clinton supporters will do the same.

I thank our friends on the other side of the aisle from the bottom of heart. Good job. Keep it up. Howard Dean thanks you too.

Improbable, but this is an election year. Aka: The silly season.

There's been so many twists and turns, nothing would surprise me anymore.

There's a story making the rounds that Obama's passport records were broken into on 3 separate occasions at the State Department, by 3 separate people, going back to early January. Olbermann is reporting on it now.

Clinton's now is being explained as a training problem....

Someone accessed John McCain's file & that person is the same person that accessed Obama's on March 14th... they are on leave apparently.

Also, there are only a "handful" per year.... Yeh, a handful a month
