Hey, Jen - I'm loving your trip report. Wondering if you might do a report on the trip where you also went to Universal? You remember - last November? Halloween Party? Crazy people?

I hope so too! I don't think we had as bad a flea problem as I thought. I've watched some videos on YouTube and the dogs are COVERED. My dog had two on her and I haven't seen any since. I'm still taking precautions though. She's getting another flea bath in a couple weeks. I can only imagine how crowded it gets during SWW. I'd still like to experience it. One more thing to check off the list....

That really doesn't sound too bad! We had fleas once on my parents' cats and they were pretty much everywhere. I much prefer ear mites if an animal has to get a biting insect (just one squirt and bam! no more bugs). Good luck, especially with the baths part!

I think going to a crowded SWW would neat for locals, you can have an Annual Pass (so no buying tickets) and you've gone enough that long lines aren't a problem (you just pick the important things for that day). Can't imagine scheduling a trip/spending a few grand just for Star Wars Weekend!

Jen! You are alive, whew! I was beginning to wonder if you'd been sucked into a black hole. Either that or you went back to Italy and refused to come home. Either one is totally plausible.

Sounds like it's been a low key, low stress, totally relaxing couple of months for you... I'm glad things seem to be settling some now. And congrats to Bubba! How exciting! When is she getting married? Are you secretly hoping it's at Disney so you can plan a trip? I would and I'm not ashamed to admit that to you.

Going back to Italy to stay would definitely be plausible Bubba has a date set for this September. You can imagine how difficult planning a wedding is for someone who isn't even in the same country right now! Sadly it won't be a Disney wedding (too much $$$$) but she has already seemed out a place near home here which will be just as nice..... I'm glad to be back even if it's not as often.

Sorry you had a rough end to the year, but hoping the new year gives you a fresh start. Just take a deep breath and Keep on Swimming!

Congrats to Bubba on the engagement and the move back to WDW for her. Do you know where she is working at? Son & I will be down there at the end of the month.

Last November? Crazy people? My oh my who COULD you be referring to I'm not even sure I'll finish this trip report let alone starting a new one from November. Plus my DBF seems to be anti-DIS about putting his face on the Internet. Although I could just blackout his face and keep everyone else's. Hmmm I might just do that! Stay tuned Teresa! By the way, what do you think of my writing style?

Pixel is completely flea free. It's been a month since she had them and I've seen no sign of them coming back. I've been vacuuming like crazy so they better not come back!



BIG NEWS - I'M GOING BACK TO DISNEY WORLD!

okay okay so not such big life changing news but it's sort of a big deal since I didn't think work would give me the time off in February but THEY DID! Granted its not a full week like I wanted or on the date I would've liked but I'm GOING! I'm going to be staying at All star Movies for the first 2 nights and the last night I'm staying at POR. I couldn't get a value for the full stay so I had to switch to the moderate. Originally I was staying at All star Sports the whole time which I REALLY didn't want. Thankfully I went back to check availability and BAM - there was those other choices.

Also, I've decided I'm not going to finish this TR. Sorry peeps. But I'm leaning towards starting a new TR from my trip in November. Stay tuned for that to start up.

Can I just say how it GREAT it feels to be writing a TR update on the DIS again. Lord, how I've missed this :group hug: Ok. Ok. Happy moment over. But can I also just say it's freakin' windy outside! There have been moments when I thought my roof fly off..... ANYWAY. (ETA: It just blew over my giant recycling bin and those things are heavy! So I had to go outside (in my pj's no less) to pick it up without everything blowing away. Yikes!) On to the point of this post!

Since simply ending this TR without bringing up a few important moments of this trip would break a few hearts (MARV! OH whoops, did I say that out loud?) I have decided to make a summary in pictures of the happenings that went on from about where I left off. So here, ladies and gentleman, for your view pleasure, I give you....
