Im baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack. We got home about 12:30 and Ive been resting on the couch since.

I had such a good time meeting all my YaYa sisters!!! We were supposed to meet up front but Nancy and I couldnt find them so Nancy and I hung around together waiting for them LOL.

I finally caught up to everyone at lunch. I even got to talk to Marilyn!!!


Kim I am SO sorry I didnt get to say goodbye to you or Elaine or anyone. We were going to meet you at the end of the Safari but on our way back to the bathroom with the boys my stomach went to H....E......double hockey sticks very quickly. I hadnt eaten much at all in two days and the coffee I had and the stress with the boys losing it because we werent going on the safari got the best of my stomach. We limped out of the park and went back to the resort. I never got to the Osborne lights that night either. I felt SOOOOOOOOOOO bad about not getting to say goodbye

I REALLY hope we can do a YaYa meet at Disney next year. We had so much fun at this one but I wish everyone could have been there. Marilyn had a really cute stand in though ROFL!!!!


Everyone was right it was like Old Home Week. I felt like I already knew everyone and I wasnt nervous in the least bit when I got there. I loved getting to meet Kim.....my long lost sister, and Elaine, and Beth, and Michele, and Mickeys sunshine, and Princess Michelle, and seeing Dan again was a treat!!!

I just wish this stupid stomach of mine hadn't acted up so we would have had more time. I got on the scale when I got home and Im down another three pounds just from this trip. Total loss for a month now is 13 pounds. ARRRRGHHHHH. I need to lose weight but NOT this way!!! My pants were so big that I had to keep hitching them up the entire trip LOL.

Kim I am so glad your trip back wasnt as bad as your trip out. I felt soooooooo badly for you. You handled it well. I would have been pulling open the emergency door and jumping off the plane if it happened to me ROFL!!!

Hi all you travellers! Glad to see you all get to and from Mickey's place in one piece! NOt going to post long tonight. still tired!!! Kim....I tucked Apolo into the trundle bed before climbing into my won 4 poster! I assure you.... I was in no condition to take advantage of the situation!!!

Met the bil's girlfriend from Mexico tonight. Very nice. Speaks little English....guess I better brush up on my spanish. She's almost 32 and has a 14 year old daughter boy was I feeling old!!!!

Heaven help my family....my nephew gave Paige a karaoke machine for Christmas!

Actually, I am the definate clone of June! I walk around the house with a house dress and apron on. I call my DH Ward. I call DS Beaver. Little Wally is our neighbor...I love to kick his **** from here to kingdom come...he is a jerk! The tank is kept up in my room. We drive it up the stairs, give it a bath in the tub and kiss it goodnight every night. (It really is a June Cleaver looking house, isn't it? )

Karen, I am so sorry you are feeling poorly! I hope you don't get really sick.

DD did just great in the musical. They sang one song with the choir and it was just beautiful.

Oh, did I tell you what they bought yesterday? Velocoraptors. You know those mean nasty meat eating dinosaurs. My kids *shaking my head*. Go figure. BUT I got pins and a laynard. Here comes another obsession! DH whined that he didn't get anything but Regan goes, you got a cappucino daddy! LOL!!

Just popped on for a sec to say hi!

Guess who I met today at Cleveland Hopkins Airport? I got to meet catsrule!
She left DIS-CON this morning and had a 6 hour layover in Cleveland, and she called me a few minutes after we passed the airport (we were on our way home from church, which is about 5 minutes from the airport). We turned around and met her and her DH there and stayed and talked for about 2 hours.
Her DH took a pic of us, so she should have that posted soon.

Anyway, I'm gonna go upstairs and watch some TV and finish reading the newspaper.

Jennifer, Are you glad to have the bizarre behind you? I thought of you yesterday and wondered how everything was going.

Jeannie, Why have things been sucky and busy? Busy is okay, but sucky is..... well, sucky. Anything we YaYas can do to help? Oh... and you're right about peeing in the dark. Just try and find, uh.... everything needed to uh... complete the task when in an unfamiliar toidy.


Well, I can see I better not attend a YaYa meet if Betty is going to be there. She prefers personal distance and I'm a hugger. Ok ~ Ok... I promise not to hug Betty when we get together, as long as I get to hug somebody! How about a secret YaYa handshake instead Betty?

Jennifer, I just have to say that you did an awesome job of protecting our guy! Smells like fresh fallen rain... ah.... I love it! She's gooooood!! Trundle bed huh? Wellll... okay, I guess I believe ya. Again, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for taking such good care of him.

I admit, I sort've forgot the details about Pam's tooth incident, but I couldn't help but wonder if she put it under her pillow if she'd get 20.00 from the tooth fairy? So Jodie, did your DS get 20.00 for his??

Michele, I honestly wasn't sure if Cam was sick or just exhausted either. He started in with the cough the day we left, and over the course of the three days, started looking worse and worse. Neither one of us was sleeping well at all.... I think I got an average of 3-4 hrs. sleep all three nights, and I looked it and so did poor Cam. When he got up this morning, I decided that he's probably fighting a bug. The cough is still there and this morning said he had a sore throat. I sure hope he didn't give it to anyone. He was sitting right next to Karen's sweet little one.

It wasn't a problem at all about you leaving so soon Karen... I just felt like such a bad YaYa for not saying goodbye. Actually, we left just after doing Safari too, since we had to go back and pack and be ready for Tiffany to pick us up. I'm so sorry you're not feeling well tonight. Have you tried having a little drinky poo to see if that helps again?

Ah nuts. Sorry about the headache Jodie. Hey! To cheer you up, I'll be mailing a package out to you soon! Actually I had it ready to go before I left, but I forgot to leave your addy out so that Tom could mail it for me.

Marilyn! That is so beautiful!! That does it! I've got to go back into the YaYa archives and retrieve some of these wonderful poems. They're going in a book or something. They're too good to lose.

Just had to say that you are SO right Marilyn! Beth and Dave are both such sweet people! Dave, I appreciated so much the way you talked with Cam.... you made a point to include him in things, making sure, yesterday, that he knew he was free to speak up about any rides he wanted to go on, etc.... that meant a lot to me, and I wanted to say THANK YOU for that. They were both so much fun to visit with, and again... I didn't get to say goodbye to them either. I must be the most clueless YaYa on the face of the Earth....people kept disappearing all around me. Oh wait... ya'll were ditchin' me weren't you!? DOH! Now I get it!
