How do people get a post count for other people on a particular thread? I see how to get mine, just not anyone else.

To the right of the thread under User CP there is a number which is the post count for the entire thread. If you click on the number is shows the break down of who has posted on the thread.

Go to the home page for the Games board where all the threads are listed.

Find this thread and click on the number under replies. You can do it that way also.
