But you'll notice that there is a playground in the back ground...and I'm actually standing in the middle of the playing field where Aussie Rules football, cricket and occassionally soccer is played.

This shot is looking to the left (and further away from the velodrome) for the park. Where those trees are and behind them, is another grassy space that families can picnic. Under the trees is a little dam/water area where the dogs like to splash about. All around the facilites are walking tracks that is also used for cycling around the park.

I always thought you meant an indoor velodrome on an angle like in the olympics. So is it a road bike? One work mate is really into cycling and spent thousands on his. Although he was smart and got it second hand (although very 'new'....just they depreciate fast)

And two of the other guys in the office are now looking. Although much cheaper...lol...
Let's just say one store STARTED at double his budget.

It's interesting the massive range. As I say I'm a mountain bike girl. But even in that section the variety of structures now is interesting.

My bike is a more of a ladies hybrid mountain/road bike.
The velodrome, whilst outdoor, is on an angle but not as steep as an Olympic sized one.
I think I got a medium entry-level bike but yes....huge range out there.

I have an 8 am meeting tomorrow....I hope I get up in time.

Oh no that's not good. Why do Houston get the nice time of day! Although I'm not a morning person I'd sooner 8am over 11pm.
How long is the meeting?

It is a lovely facility for so close by. Although me thinks your rates reflect it.

My rates? Not as bad as the council next to mine, which is another 25% more.
