Can you sell your baked goods at a farmers market?

I'd looked it up and I honestly don't remember what it said. I remember reading that I can't have a professional bakery out of my home kitchen, but I don't remember what it said for a farmer's market. But I think all the farmer's markets around here are done for the season, or are out in the suburbs.
