What affiliation do you have to go that expo? And why don't you enter a contest to goto a better ski area?

Thought you might find this interesting from the court room some spectator yelled out in court and carrying her shoes. She still killed somebody. Judge gave her two days in jail

Why was the spectator carrying shoes? What did they yell out? Is it the spectator that got two days in jail?

Dont know it was interesting, she came back in court and had an appointed counsel trying to explain her actions. Judge said due to her illness she would serve two not a 179. You may catch it on the news or look at channel 9 on your computer. But any who I can play now till tuesday when the actual trial begins. We have a jury! so now I am last

Sorry she yelled " She Still killed Someone" they had to let the juror go after that.

Well you run the risk of tainting the juror with remarks. If I remember right I think she was having a problem with the death penalty. So when it happend the defense attorney said he wanted her removed for cause due to the comment and the out burst. They did bring her back in and asked her what she heard, cant remember what she said, but a man did approach her and spoke with her and she told the judge she thought he was a detective. So he excused her with no explanation.

Because anything may taint one jurors opinon. This why jurors are instructed to not watch, read or speak to anyone about the case as it may change your mind. You have to believe that they are fully innocent until proven guilty. They really dont know if this person could now the other, could have set it up to distract. And the defense asked that the juror be dismissed as she may have already been swayed on the opinion from that statement.

So only one juror was escused not the whole jury?

Yes it was the only one. They interview jurors one by one alone. They have to do that so no other perspective juror can influence their decision.

Friends don't let friends ski Jackson Hole, they send them to Colorado.

I have been but would take a chance on Crested Butte.


For a day Arapaho Basin especially during spring party time.



I skied Whistler. Have more negative remarks about it than positive ones. It is supposed to be the best in BC.

OK now I understand. I though this was during the trial. I didn't know it happened during selection.
