We operate local offices in each market we serve because we believe in providing superior customer service for our customers and dealers.
And I run the insurance department, and deal mainly with customers that have car insurance, I dont deal with the collecting of the money..
basicly we are a auto finance company AKA lienholders.. and we own the cars we finance, customers make the payemnts to us, i oversee all accounts and make sure the customers keep their car insurance in good standing order and if they fail to make payments in their car we have financed them, then we have all right to repo it and sell it for a lower cost at a auction if it comes down to that... my brother has owned the company for over 15 years, he started out with only a few accounts, and now we have grown to well over 15 thousand accounts.
