I took it late because I try to use it as a last resort

well if u know ur not goin to sleep no matter the fact u should try and takle it earlier..so try that tomorrow and see how u do..

sometimes i get hard time to sleep and i know its bad but my sister in law told to try benedryl cause its not habit forming and it doesn't leave me groggy. .well if i take one 2 hours before i go to bed the time i am ready i am can sleep well.
