
Where's the proud smiley? Started on the 12th. Only missed 2 days since then but trying to not overdue it and make myself hate it. Then I'd just give up. I actually wound up with huge blisters on my heels so I think I might take the night off tonight, but I'll see when I get home. Have given up soda (except an occasional diet soda), eating cereal and fruit for breakfast instead of bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches. Of course I have a long way to go, both weight wise and diet wise, but I'm trying to do it in small increments. Possibly this week, or maybe next, I plan on going back to the gym, maybe 2x a week to start a weight training/machine program. Right now I'm just walking on the treadmill at home. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the time Beaches rolls around, but I'd be happy with 15.
BTW Pakey, you knew you only needed to ask one question and I'd run off at the mouth about it, didn't you?
