I am no longer banned. I never received an apology, an email stating that they messed up or anything of the sort.

Well I am glad your not banned any longer, they should write a short note when they make a mistake like that.

You have posted that about 12 times now. Have you used the contact us link and asked VMK for assistance or called them to ask?

I am glad you are no longer banned but I would contact them again and make sure it was removed from your record.

i got banned bc some kid said hi to me during falling chairs, i said hi back, and the owner was trding then she stopped trading and the guy said Owner Brandy (thats my VMK name) was being mean to me, and apparently he reported me for no reason and i got booted then i got banned!
its not fair!

Did you contact VMK? Something about that does not sound right. VMKers think other VMKers are unfair all of the time. Somebody thinking you are unfair is not against VMK values and does not make you unfair.

If you were showing partiality to your friends, then that is where the is an issue.

Actually if you are the one that got banned for the caps thing (car = Can A Read) that's a fair ban, it is dictionary dancing which is against VMK values. You got a fair ban

Ok since there seems to be an increase in bans I thought I should take the time to read EVERYTHING on the VMK website. The VMK values are very vague. There is a new (at least to me) link to click to immediately report a scam or scammer however it is burried somewhere in the help section. It talks about safety and explains that very well. I talks about being careful of what you say but no where that I looked can I find this mysterious dictionary of allowable words??? It refers to it but I just can't locate it. So where is the dictionary?? Anyone know?

I got banned for a week just about an hour ago for "Ignoring VMK Values". I dont get quite what I ignored since this past visit to VMK I just told the rest of my friends online that I was quitting. Nothing more in public said, nothing less. I dont know if its me impatient, but VMK wont return my emails and Since some things Im selling on Ebay end in 6 days the ban ends in 7, Im rather nervous. Anyway besides the simple email to maybe get this done faster? Phone number or something?

if you are quitting though, whats the difference? Your items on ebay wont last another day anyway, they will remove your items and possibly ban your ebay account.

Then why do you care if you account is banned? Unless you are the one selling the Pirate Room card with a "bonus" ATIS Eye for $100 - which is also against ebay rules and will get removed. Look at all the auctions, noone is doing the whole "bonus thing" because it is not allowed. Your auctions will get removed, bank on it

You should call. Sending an email is almost pointless.
VMK_Shorty responds to most of them and he/she obviously does not know how to read. I would place a phone call, leave a message and give them a few days to either take action or return your phone call.
