Me too, but I don't think my day today was anywhere near as eventful as yours the other day.

Am feeling a little tender around my shoulder, I had dry needling done at the osteo which is using acupuncture needles but they put them in your muscle and move the needle around to make the muscle fibres basically twitch and unknot, didn't hurt but just feeling a little bruised.
I don't think i've ever cracked so much as I did either, she told me to alternate the walking/running with swimming as the pressure being put on my body is making it twist as I must run unevenly (great )

School holidays - DD has been to the gym everyday

We have fitness first pretty much out our back gate and across the road - I should join ---- but meh.

I have come to terms with my less than perfect body - it has served me well, but I could definitely use some fitness.

the main reason to encourage us to start walking/ exercising is that at WDW you walk for miles..in the heat....so some endurance is needed...(well thats what I tell myself anyway)...oh and to not look like a large orca by the pool

Just got a text from my friend - she was sitting out the front of her house having a coffee in the sun, reading THAT book when she looked up and there standing in front of her were a group of Jehovah's witness smiling at her. She closed her book, making the cover visible. One of the ladies just said "have a lovely day" and they all walked away.

So, now we should all keep a copy of this book at the front door for when they come-a-calling
