Trader Sam's Mixology Seminar

Has anyone done this? It sounds fun, but it's pricey at $231.45 pp. I was idly checking dining reservations just now and came across a Trader Sam's reservation for Nov 17th at 6PM. Turned out to be the mixology seminar, not a regular reservation. It's not in my budget this trip but just thought I'd mention it! It just says this:

I wonder if that means there won't be regular spots in the bar that day?

Trader Sam’s Mixology Seminar includes:​

• Hands-on mixology class where you’ll learn how to craft 2 beverages, one alcoholic and one nonalcoholic, from a Trader Sam’s bartender (45 minutes)
• Fireside reception with one cocktail served (nonalcoholic option available on request), hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment

In the link above, the cost is listed as $179 per adult, tax and gratuity to be added, so I'm guessing the $231.45 cost includes tax and tip.
