Thankfully... Mikalah is pretty much past the barfie stage. Unless she is really sick, of course. But other then that.. I cant remember the last time she got sick.

When we were at lunch today.. she ate like 3 plates of rice. Thank goodness it was a buffet.

I love Chinese to... oddly enough, we are not big fans of Thai food. both of us.. I think thats why we work so well together, we both like the same foods. We tried it 5 or 6 times, each at a different restaurant, but just couldnt get a hold of it.

Did you try pad thai? That's my favorite dish, especially with shrimp.

I've had a couple versions that weren't very good, but were still edible, but there were a couple places that were just unbelievably good, with peanuty peanut sauce and just enough hotness to make my nose run but not burn my tongue.

I love naan, too. I don't really care for the Indian spices, either, but there were a few dishes I liked. One year for my sister's birthday we went to an Ethiopian restaurant in Seattle. It was pretty good, with bread very much like naan, and bits of spicy meat, very hot! My eyes and nose were running.

I love spicy food!!!! YUM! Nothing we had was spicy today.. But the chicken Tiki Masala was off the HOOK!! I wish i could eat more spicy food.. but right now, oh my. I just breath fire.

Do you remember the two guys (other than Albort) that used to frequent this thread? One was GrumpyPirate, and I can't remember the other guy's ID, I think he might have got the boot for some reason. I saw Grumpy on another thread the other day and was thinking he was the other guy; I was gonna say, "Hey! You're still here!" but then realized I was confusing them. I think Grumpy just got bored with us.

I worked with someone once who excitedly told me she got a personalized license plate. She wrote it out for me: MENMYRC

I stared at it forever, and of course the whole time she's watching my face, waiting for a reaction. I finally said, "Men merk? I don't get it."
