I'm in too!
I managed to lose my necessary 5lb before my hols but it is all back on now
This last 3 weeks I have been too lazy to get up for the gym, apart from a couple of times.
I have started back on my smoothie and soup diet this week, as well as a gym session this morning - I forgot how much I enjoy it

I have a fitness fiesta at Camber Sands this weekend, so that will be my big kick start for the lead up to Xmas.
We are off skiing in January and I want to "look" like I actually do spend 5 mornings in the gym rather than look like I sit on my b*m all day!!! (Especially as I DO spend 5 mornings in the gym!!)
I am looking at losing half a stone - or get to 10 1/2 stone if I can!
