I've STS too this week, which I'm happy with as I had a cheeky chinese buffet at the weekend! Hopefully I'll get a loss this week, as I haven't had one in a while!

I have been awol from the diet threads for a while - summer sort of caught up with me and I put on 5lbs which it has taken me about 6 weeks to shift again - I have been sick over the past week and thought I wouldnt have been able to make it to weigh in tonight but I did and have lost 7.5lbs - this brings my total loss since January to 4st and 11lbs - still have a couple of stone to go but no target set yet.

:cool1: Well done on STS this week Kirstin, I'm dreading getting on the scales on Friday after the Girly Weekend :blush:

Well I did my first weigh in and :scared1::scared1::scared1: but pleased that I haven't put even more on since leaving USA 2 weeks ago. So next week is my first proper weigh in ..... good luck everyone :wizard:
 
ohh im in, my fiance is looking to lose a couple of stone (he has already lost 1 stone) so i thought i would join in to give him some support.

I want to lose about half a stone and mainly tone up. We are going away for my birthday in april so want to be looking good for then.
I walk my dog every day and we got to the gym most evenings so heres hoping we will make it.

I would like to join if I am not too late. We got back from WDW last Sunday and for the first time I put on weight while away. My DH and I are both looking to lose a lot of weight. I like the idea of aiming for 1/2 stone at a time. I have gone to WW before but can't afford the meetings at the moment so I am going to try to follow it on my own.
Good work to all those who have already lost weight. I can't wait to hear everyones tips so I can try some.:cheer2:
 
I've lost count of how many weeks in I am - I think 7 - and have lost 10lb :woohoo: I know it's not much but I'm small anyway so it's a big % of my body weight. I started really slowly and than about 3 weeks ago it just started to come off.

I'd like to lose another 7lb but my next goal is a further 5lb.

More importantly, I'm doing 2.5-3hrs of cardio a week (7 weeks ago I was doing 0 hrs/week :rotfl:) :thumbsup2

I am back in to! well after arriving back home on saturday after 23 days in Florida, I have actually lost 7lbs!! usually I put a few pounds on!
I still have 2 stone to lose so i'm going to try and do it myself this time instead of re- joining weight watchers again- i should have shares in that company :rotfl:

I went to my weigh in tonight. Lost 2.5 lbs which brings my total to 15 pounds :) Only 6 lbs till my next 1/2 stone!
