The hover function

Is it just me, or is the hover function NOT disappearing like it used to after a couple of seconds? You know, you want to see what is in the thread without opening it, so you hover over the title to see the first sentence. It used to disappear after a couple of seconds, which drove me crazy because it took me that long just to focus on it. I would have to flick back and forth over it until I was done. Usually it was just easier to open the thread.

Oh, I thought you complaining that it wasn't disappearing. Yes, before, by the time the text appears, I could only read the first 3 words and then it would disappear and I'd have to keep moving my mouse in order to read the whole mouseover.
