The Help (Film)

Has anyone else seen this? I just got back from seeing it. I haven't read the book, but I really enjoyed the movie. Viola Davis is absolutely fantastic; I've been a big fan of hers since I saw her on broadway in King Hedley II. I'm always *so* excited when I see her in a movie. Bryce Dallas Howard and Octavia Spencer also turn in really great performances.

It's definitely something I'll be recommending to friends.

I think I'll have to check out the novel.

I loved this movie....Like A LOT!!! I was hoping for a slightly different ending but it was still really good. I need to read the book also.

I loved the movie and equally loved the movie. I am surprised at how close they stuck to the book. They didn't really change much for the movie.

I have read the book and cannot wait to see the movie.

Having lived through that era it really made me think (and be ashamed) of what was going on at that time. I was only a small child but even at a young age I knew God would not be proud.

Get the book......you will love it
