I woke up this morning to "NAGA NAGA!!" Yes, Stitch woke me up at about 6AM. It was a great start because Stitch and I have quite similar personalities. We showered, got the video equipment together and made our way to the buses for Magic Kingdom's EMH. Now from what I remember, the buses from the hotels took you to the TTC and then you took the monorail to the parks. We had left a bit early because we wanted to ride the express monorail all the way around and then save the hotel monorail for the way home. (the monorail counts as an attraction, right?) Well, the buses took us straight to Magic Kingdom, which really bothered us, because it was FREEZING!! :cold: When I say freezing, I'm talking about in the lower 30s. It was bad. We waited about an hour for the park to open, but we were the first in through the turnstiles, which was really cool.

At this point I really needed a cup of coffee, but it was too late for that. We got off to a wonderful start though! We flew over England in Peter Pan, got dizzy on Mad Tea Party, took a trip through the forest in Snow White's Scary Adventures, took a scenic route (narrating with an australian accent) in Indy Speedway, flew around space in Space Mountain, and got the high score in Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin all before EMH ended. Six attractions in one hour is REALLY good.

Now it was time to do something I had never done before, as it had just opened not too long ago. Stitch's Great Escape.... ... IMHO it was more than terrible. The pre-show was really good, but when it came to the attraction, it was nothing but boredom. It wasn't funny, it wasn't scary, it wasn't even very interactive. It was a sin to take AE out of the park. We took TTA around the park, which was nice because it hasn't really changed at all. On our way around we saw Pluto hanging out by the Carousel of Progress. When we got off the tram, he was our first stop. It was funny because the second I come within a few feet of the characters, they become more real than ever!!

Speaking of characters, it was time to go to Toontown and see them all!! The funny thing was, when the rope dropped at 10AM, Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore were supposed to lead us to the other characters....They ended up leading us into a gift shop!! We found this very humorous. We spent about 45 minutes getting all the character's autographs. We met Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger (who slammed his tail against the wall, and you could tell he really hurt himself), Minnie, Donald, Baloo, The Sheriff of Nottingham, Rafiki, Mr. Penguin, Friar Tuck, and Fowlfellow...oh, and...what's his name again?.. ... ...oh yeah.. MICKEY MOUSE!!!! It was great! I got to take a tour through Mickey and Minnie's house (I was careful not to mess anything up of course...Minnie had a lot of notes to herself...she must be really forgetful or just incredibly OCD) and the Toontown Hall of Fame was really cool. There was a lot to look at on the line to meet Mickey. The Barnstormer wait was pretty long, so we decided to save that for another time. The Many Adventures of Winnie
The Pooh was closed during EMH and now there was a really long line for it. The CM manning the fastpass gave us a free one (I know, I don't have to pay, but you know exactly what I mean), which was awesome!

We went over to Frontierland to see Banjo Bros. and Bob before going to see the Country Bears Jamboree. Country Bears is soo inappropriate, but that's why I love it. :) We saw this little girl dressed as Snow White there and started talking to her as if she was the real princess. She was eating it up. :) After the Bears, we ran over quickly to Adventureland to jump on my FAVORITE RIDE, pirate: Pirates of the Caribbean pirate: The little Snow White girl was next to us in line, which was kinda funny. In front of us was this kid dressed completely as a pirate. He was adorable!!! Reminded me of myself when I was a kid. Now one of my pet peeves is when the line is moving but the group of people in front of you are not. They just stare into space in their own little world. I guess some of the cheerleaders were done with their competition for the day at this point and were doing that exact thing. So, of course, me and Jen politely moved around them while they chatted it up. I guess that was a bad move, because after some time I heard someone say ""Who are you with?" I wasn't exactly sure what she was referring to, so I said "I'm with me... ...I'm sorry, I don't get it." And she started screaming at us about 'cutting the line.' Apparantly, I had moved forward a bit too far and bypassed a couple who seemed to be having a romantic trip to the parks. I said I was sorry but she still physically grabbed Jen and moved her out of the way. Wow...I didn't know people can be so rude... Well, anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride regardless of rude people on line. I try not to let that stuff bother me.

We rushed over to Fantasyland to watch Storytime With Belle. That was cute and since Belle is my favorite princess, it made it even better. We were playing along with the storyline, putting our "wolf ears up" and howling. The little Snow White girl showed up there too after a while!!! Her family was stalking us! lol. We chose to meet Belle another time and ran back to Adventureland to ride the Jungle Cruise. The wait time was 15 mins..but it ended up being 30, which didn't make me the happiest ever. It was worth it though: our skipper, Linda was hilarious! Her sense of humor was very original. She actually used the script, but it didn't seem like it, because she threw in so much in between! At this point, we tried to get out fastpasses for Splash Mountain, but they were already out and it wasn't even 3 yet!! I went to look for a V-Day gift for my girlfriend  on Main Street and got a hot dog at Casey's before the Share A Dream Come True parade started. I really liked the snowglobe idea. This little girl behind me was pointing out every character she saw. It was cute.

We watched the pianist in front of Casey's and then watched Dapper Dans. I asked them to sing Baby on Board from The Simpsons, which THEY originated. But they told me they didn't know it. I was kind of upset, because I was really looking forward to hear it live. I guess they don't keep the same guys around too long. We rested for about 20 minutes and talked about some of the silly stuff we had encountered. Then we took th eraft over to Tom Sawyer's Island, and looked all over for the paintbrush. It was a lost cause, but we had fun going through the caves and scaring each other (and accidentally other people as well). After we got off the island I got a picture with Timon and we went back over to Splash Mounatin. It was only a 20 minute, wait so we figured we could do it. I love this ride. There was this lady sitting behind us who screamed on all the little drops, but when it came to the big one, she didn't at all. It was really funny.

So incredibly soaked, we now met Peter Pan and Wendy Darling, which was really cool. I had been wearing a shirt that was promoting a punk/psychobilly band (Tiger Army). After talking to Peter for a while, he completely broke character by telling me he loves Tiger Army and began to mention a whole bunch of other punk bands, which took me by surprise!!! It was really cool and we got a bunch of pictures with them. Peter starting fighting with Hook as we walked away to Ariel's Grotto. The wait was supposed to be 40 mins, but after 10 mins of the line not moving at all, we ran over to the Carrousel...I never understood why it was spelled with two "r's" It should'nt be...but it is...This little British girl lost her dad and so me and Jen helped her find him after the ride was over. She was very brave. Now it was time to rip apart Liberty Square. We went on the Haunted Mansion. It had just started getting dark so even though it's inside, the feeling was a little more eerie. When we got out, we jumped on the Liberty Bell and listened to Mark Twain narrate this trip around the river. Then we reluctantly walked over to the Hall of Presidents. NOT my favorite attraction, but we HAD to do it since we were doing everything. I was so upset that George W. Bush got to speak - I personally think he should be silenced for life...but that's a WHOLE other story. I really liked the details on all the president's faces. It was out of this world. The movie wasn't that great, but the animatronics were amazing! We grabbed some funnel cake and dashed over to the Carousel of Progress.

The cheerleaders hadn't really felt that invasive today, but this is where it all began. On our way to CoP, a group of cheerleaders were running over to Space Mountain screaming...Trying to dodge them, since they were all running right into us, one of the bumped into Jen...Upon seeing this, one of he cheermoms, PUSHED Jen causing her leg to bend backwards. Her leg was now killing her, which is NOT a good sign. We tried to forget about it and watched the Carousel of Progress. I love this attraction and I have no clue why it's always left unvisited. We ate dinner at Cosmic Rays, which was all right (except for the fries, which just tasted like salt) and walked back to main sreet. More cheerleaders had been coming in to see Wishes, so we decided to go see it another night. I bought my girlfriend a part of her V-Day present and also looked for a sweatshirt for myself. Apparantly, there are no sweatshirts or hoodies in the Emporium at all unless you want it to say something about sports. I changed my mind and we bought some fudge (since I knew I'd be dying for a snack later). We took the bus back to CBR and went to sleep around 11:30ish which is really early for me. Tomorrow we would be at Epcot, which I was excited about, because it would be the first time ever we would drink around the World.

Coming soon: Saturday!
