I think her name is Nancy Sullivan. She has a distinctive voice that doesn't really change whenever she voices someone different. Same with Sterling Holloway, Patrick Warbuton, and Cree Summers.

So yeah.

I don't know who Cree Summers is, but the other two will always hold a VERY special place in my heart.

I would have noticed it (I think) but I haven't watched KP in like... 4 years or something.

I only watched Kids Next Door like twice as a child, I've never seen Tiny Toon Adventures, and I wasn't allowed to watch Rugrats because they had bad attitudes... but I did watch KP!... once in a while... *crawls away into a corner*
