i keep getting this weird anxiety feeling and getting kind of dizzy and short of breath idk it's really weird and my heart starts beating really quickly and it only started this afternoon and it's really uncomfortable i almost feel like i'm going to pass out.. i know that the doctor told me my hayfever is affecting my lungs but this is weird i finished the course of antibiotics he gave me so it didn't get infected and i just tried using the inhaler he gave me but tbh i don't feel any better but then again i'm like 99% sure i'm some sort of hypochondriac and i need to get over it lol

I take evening primrose oil every day and that definitely helps with my anxiety. If this keeps up for you, that stuff might help.

I was the same way on the night before the first day of school. I didn't get any sleep at all because I was so nervous for so many reasons. I got maybe 5 hours of sleep, which made me more anxious lol
