The two-minute interior ride's eleven major scenes included more than 24 individual frights, gags and sights such as eerie reflections, shocking transformations, imprisoned skeletons, dark dungeons, crashing lab equipment, falling shelves, dark tunnels, scary woods, monster trees, crocodile logs, blazing eyes, ghostly shadows, creepy ornaments, dark mineshafts, falling timbers, runaway mine carts, dropping diamonds, plus seven appearances by a murderous, constantly shrieking old hag. No wonder that too many people just couldn't absorb it all - and kids were crying eyes out after such a ride.
