I was going to write my Honors English 2 Research Paper on Justin Bieber, since it has to be on a Non-American (Justin's from Canada) and the person has had to effect the entire world (sold out MSG in 22 minutes and has gone on a World Tour). My best friend was gonna do the Beatles.

Me: Can I do Justin Bieber for my paper?
Teacher: Will you be able to write 3-5 pages about him?
Me: I could write 3-5 novels about him.
Teacher: Hmm... Sorry you can't do Pop Culture. No Beatles either.

She should've let me do my paper on Justin, she was listening to his songs in class yesterday she obviously likes him!

The kid next to me in Art made me help him with his freshman english stuff. And his teacher must be a Yankees fan because the set of rules she typed up all had different examples like

"The New York Yankees went to Boston to sweep the Red Sox"
"C.C. Sabathia struck out Ortiz, Ellsbury, and whoever else"
"The Yankees won the division title, going to the playoffs for the American East"

and she had like 480923 examples all about the Yankees and I was like "omg can I have your English teacher?" but the kid I was helping was a Braves fan so he was like "eh."
